Regular Dispatch times

Orders placed by 10am Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. We do not dispatch at weekends or public holidays. Although we do everything we can to meet the dispatch times stated, it may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed by email or telephone and offered an alternative of either accepting late delivery, an exchange or a full refund. 

UK Delivery Time
You can select either Express (Royal Mail 1st Class (24) - usually 1 business day, sometimes up to 3) or Standard (Royal Mail 2nd Class (48) - usually 2 business days, but can be up to 5) 

You order confirmation email will contain a link to click on to track your parcel.

Airmail shipping charge to EU Countries - We’re very sorry to let you know that, due to recent changes and requirements relating to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations in the EU, we are currently unable to ship orders to EU countries.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and support.

We hope to be able to resume shipping to the EU in the future once we can meet the applicable requirements.

Airmail shipping Charge to Worldwide Destinations outside EU 
Flat rate of £19.95 per parcel.


Orders to countries outside the UK will have the 20% VAT deducted but you may have to pay import duties and VAT or sales tax in your country.

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee exact customs charges or advise what these will be; these are set by your own country.

*Note on Royal Mail UK Delivery Times: 
1st Class (Royal Mail 24) is usually delivered in 1 to 3 days and 2nd Class (Royal Mail 48) is usually delivered in 2 to 4 days, but this is not guaranteed - sometimes it can get held up and take up to 10 days. Please wait 7 days after placing an order before you contact us about a lost UK parcel.  You order confirmation email will contain a link to click on to track your parcel.
